Who we are

Sensei AI is operated by TechevolveAI, a private limited company based in Tallaght, Dublin. Contact: kevin@senseiai.ai.

What we collect
  • Account data: email address, display name, password hash.
  • Training data: chat exchanges, uploaded video, generated analyses.
  • Product analytics (PostHog EU): event-level, pseudonymous.
  • Whoop tokens (optional, AES-GCM encrypted at rest).
Where it lives

All personal data and training video is hosted in the European Union — Supabase EU and Google Cloud Run europe-west1 (Ireland). We do not replicate data to US or Asia data centers.

Retention
  • Uploaded video: auto-deleted from object storage after 90 days.
  • Generated analyses and chat history: retained while your account is active.
  • Account: deleted on request within 30 days of erasure request.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data. Email kevin@senseiai.ai and we'll action within statutory timeframes.
